The Accord Group has appointed Impart links to help facilitate a group-wide approach to procurement using an initial series of structured interviews with key members of the organisations within the group in order to map the current procurement system and a strategic workshop to explore and shape a joint approach to procurement moving forward.

Impart links has just been commissioned by Sandwell Homes as Workshop Facilitator on their Decent Homes Phase 2 contracts.

The role includes facilitation of a number of interactive workshops covering:- Partnering Charter; Risks; Process mapping; Strategic cost and budgets; Operational cost and cost management systems; Design

The workshops are anticipated to be held during August & September 2010

Russet Homes have appointed Impart links to undertake a review/audit of their responsive repairs service and help to develop a plan for 3* excellent service delivery.

We are commissioned to work with Rydon Maintenance Team to develop an improvement plan for their service delivery for the Affinity Sutton Group. Glyn Owen will be undertaking a series of interviews, health checks and workshops, with support from John Gauterin. Our input will be based upon the Improved Systems Coaching approach.

Bristol City Council we have been shortlisted on their Framework for QS services.

Aster Property Management (in-house delivery team for the Aster Group) have commissioned us to establish open book processes.

Merlin Housing Society Ltd have appointed us as Partnering Adviser on their Decent Homes Programme.

Homes in Sedgmoor appointed us as Partnering Advisor on the Connaught responsive repairs contract.

Wiltshire Council have merged with Salisbury District Council and have now re-started the procurement process for planned and responsive repairs with a Hearts and Minds session in March.

Mansfield District Council is shortlisted for a major CIOB award for collaborative working and Impartlinks is named as the third partner... so fingers crossed.

ngage Impartlinks have helped ngage put their bid together for supporting the Office for Public Procurement Initiatives in the East Midlands, which they have secured. 

Brigton & Hove City Council Impartlinks' role continues; coaching and supporting the residents teams.

Hardyman have commissioned Impartlinks for Tender Support.

Wates Impartlinks have commissioned us to assist them with performance on the Bristol City Council's Decent Homes contract.
