Procurement and Contract Management Training
Impart links have developed four webinar based training presentations and have recently delivered them virtually to over 150 participants within a large local authority
- Presentation 1: Awareness and general understanding of procurement and contracts
- Presentation 2: Introduction to JCT and NEC suite of contracts
- Presentation 3: Roles and responsibilities in contractual standard forms
- Presentation 4: Setting up contracts for contract administrators and commercial managers
Each session lasts no longer than 3 hours and can be presented to a maximum of 50 participants
Each presentation can be tailored where required to reflect the processes and contracts utilised within your organisation.
