COVID 19 Working Update

Staff who have been able to work from home have continued to do so throughout.

Following Boris Johnsons announcement on Sunday 10th May, we have been planning work and plotting safe methods of work for our operatives.

Our operatives are back on site as of the 26th May

Work Streams

For now we are planning on working in open or non-tenanted areas such as:

  • External Improvements
  • Communal Areas
  • Voids

Each project will be assessed individually and specific appropriate precautions will be enforced.

On Site

We will be reviewing the situation daily, and will work with clients to ensure we are completing all tasks within a structured & safe manner.

Our teams will work in ‘bubbles’ meaning that the teams work only with their given particular colleagues.

The team completing communal works currently are a father & son team from the same household.

Working Practices

Our working practices are informed by the Government publications, Construction leadership council, CITB and RICS. Please see our current method statement & Risk Assessment below along with supporting documentation showing our commitment to working safely during this pandemic.
