September 2017

Impart links are pleased to add Methodist Housing Association to our list of clients.

Impart links were commissioned in July to complete an audit process to ensure and report on the best practice throughout 97 Homes across England, Wales, and Scotland.

We visited each Home within a 6 week period with a team of 6 auditors, meeting with excellent staff and stakeholders along the way, and reporting back to MHA by the end of August.

We look forward to working with them again soon!

Welcoming another new client – Dublin based North & East Housing Association. Our first commission with NEHA has been a review of their Stock condition data. Reviewing each replaceable component individually for each property and checking for accuracy and highlighting queries. Looking at assumed life expectancy of components and analysing the 30 year forecast spend on planned maintenance.

Following our review of cost and operational implications the decision making process and consultation continues awaiting the next stage – Procurement!

Continuing to work closely with the dedicated and professional Crawley team to perfect the specification, scope, and other details within the tender to suit the long term needs of the Council
