Stock Condition Surveys - Impart links have managed a variety of housing and non-housing Stock Condition Surveying (SCS) projects including HHSRS assessments and the provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's). We are also able to offer training services to housing providers in (Housing Heath & Safety Rating System) HHSRS and SCS.

Asset Management - The Homes and Community Agency (HCA) have stated that "Social housing is primarily an asset based business." Strategic asset management in affordable housing is an emerging specialist field.
