Forensic Reviews
Our professionally qualified cost and asset managers have gained valuable commercial insight holding senior positions within large maintenance contractors prior to joining Impart links. Collectively our team supported by Impart links RICS accreditation have provided cost management and forensic review services for Registered Providers on reactive and planned maintenance contracts to a total works value exceeding £400 million
Our team have completed many health checks and detailed forensic audits on a numerous contracts, some that are performing well and also ones that are not running according to plan. Good performing organisations usually require benchmarking and governance analysis to ward off potential complacency whereas organisations with perceived issues tend to opt for a holistic performance review and options for an alternative commercial administration model to be developed for consideration. Impart links are then able to support clients through the change management process to make successful improvements to their services.
Forensic review are commercially sensitive by nature and as such there are not case studies to support this. However, we have worked with many organisations throughout the UK completing standalone forensic reviews which we can talk about in more detail upon request.
Nearly all repairs and maintenance procurement activity is proceeded with a forensic review of previous performance, to understand the requirement, budgets, improvements required, manpower, work per trade etc.
Clients include;
- Town & Country Housing Group
- Kensington and Chelsea TMO
