"We have engaged Impartlinks to undertake various commissions for Cost Management, Procurement, and Contract Management. We learned very quickly that they could adapt to our requests in a changing environment, and still deliver a quality service. We have always found them to be thorough, professional, and wouldn’t have any concern in either using their services again or recommending them to other organisations."
Stock Condition Surveys
Impart links have managed a variety of housing and non-housing Stock Condition Surveying (SCS) projects including Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments and the provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's). We are also able to offer training services to housing providers in HHSRS and SCS.
In the last 5 years, our experienced professional team have managed over 15,000 by appointment stock condition and validation surveys and data uploads, many to keystone and Northgate Asset Management data software programs
We work closely with our Clients to establish customer focused survey programmes that are effective, maximise use of available resources and tailored to specific needs.
Our experience and approach, programme, manage and control the project whilst offering flexibility to meet client requirements, priorities and changes during the project. e.g. we changed the sequence of survey work to help validate data for immediate planned works programmes and worked with Contracts Managers to smooth delivery to ensure efficiency.
Our administration team set up, organise and control all elements of the survey programme allowing surveyors to be 100% surveying each day surveying. Surveys are organised to minimise travel, maximise run rates, keep appointments and minimise cost.
Members of our surveying team are BRE trained and are able to perform fire safety checks on fire doors in; flats, communal areas, residental schemes and other building as part of the survey.
